Summer Recipes

Have I mentioned that I'm in a 5 week challenge with 2 of my friends in St. Louis?! The winner will be determined by inches lost around the waist/hips and weightloss. It's been really fun and very motivating. We all hit the gym and do the same workout and are mostly eating the same things. We're in week 3 and I've already seen great success! Even though the competition will be over in a few weeks, I'm excited to continue going to the gym and eating healthy.

By the way, the last pizza recipe is only 238 calories for 2 slices! And it looks amazing! Can't wait to test these out. I think the Summer Corn Cakes may be the first on my list...

  • I am completely trying the corn cakes with avacado salsa. I love finding recipes for food I can eat. Been trying to eat vegetarian and wheat free. hard to do!
