What We Ate

This week was slightly crazy with parties and activities!  We ate two Pinterest meals, a few with friends and then some boring old meals at home.  The Pepperoncini Beef subs were good, not great.  I think if I would've cooked the beef in the crockpot on low for 8 hours instead of on high for 4, they would've been even better.  And then lemon pasta with chicken was really good.  I've made another lemon pasta recipe, also from The Pioneer Woman and I've always loved it!  Adam loved this one even more than her other recipe!
