Mini House Tour

As my saga always goes, I really wanted to get a house tour done before we left for the summer. But that never usually happens because things tend to get crazy the month before we leave. I did manage to sneak in a few photos the day before we left. I didn't get to Collier's room because he happened to be napping during the few minutes I had to run around and grab these. I plan on doing a full tour next fall, when I'm not quite as rushed and can really work on styling and taking nicer photos. But I thought I'd at least put a little sneak peek of the house as it is now!   Living Room-3 Blog

Sorry if you've already answered this elsewhere, but I' crushing hard on those pink watercolor pillows in your bedroom, do you mind sharing a source? Thanks!

Ha, well I shoved any mess out of the photos. But we were also packing up for the summer and cleaning so that we'd have a clean house to come home to when we get back. With two kids, it definitely doesn't look like this all the time. πŸ˜‰

I just replied to all of these via email, but I wanted to put the info. on here too! The watercolor pillows are from JC Penney and they are a recent purchase. Should still be there! The lamps in the bedroom are from TJ Maxx. The headboard was a DIY project my husband and I worked on. The fabric was from Home Fabrics and the nailhead trim from Joanns.

Wow! This is gorgeous, Bri! So many unique touches! don't be surprised if some magazine calls you and wants to show off your house a little. πŸ™‚ It is seriously that great.

Hi Laurie! My husband's job relocates us just for a few months in the summer. The rest of the year he's then on his own schedule and can work or not work as he pleases. So it's a pretty good trade-off! πŸ™‚

Thanks Rebecca! It's a vintage light from eBay. It was in my daughter's nursery before we moved, but loved it so much I switched it to our room. πŸ™‚

    Hi Bri!

I love your home! Where in the world did you get that colorful pillow behind the watercolor pillows on your bed? I'm in love with it!
